Is it possible to for 500 truck loads of sand to be moved without leaving as much as sand trail?
The government yesterday stated they needed more time to properly handle this “complex” investigation. But how much time do they need? Three months is not enough?
Come on Mr. Samuda, the country has a right to know how far the investigation has gone especially due to the fact that theft force the developers to call off the reported $8b development at a time when Bruce is preaching that persons should invest in the country. This does not send a good message to Jamaicans, here and abroad, or potential foreign investors.
Persons are saying that because the sand cannot be used in construction, it must have been stolen for use by an hotel.
Could that be the hold up?
